Relief of dry tickly coughs.
Children 1-5 years: two 5ml spoonfuls 3-4 times a day. 3 months -1 year: one 5ml spoonful 3-4 times a day. Under 3 months: not recommended.

For helping to clear nasal congestion caused by colds and flu, sinusitis, allergy including hayfever and post-nasal surgery.
Adults and children over 3 years: 1-2 sprays into each nostril as required.

For helping to clear nasal congestion caused by colds and flu, sinusitis, allergy including hayfever and post-nasal surgery.
Adults, children and infants from birth: gently squeeze the contents of the pipette into each nasal cavity several times daily as required.

Adults and children over 2 years: one or two sprays into each nostril as required. Infants and babies up to 2 years: one spray into each nostril as required.
For relief of the symptoms of dry or irritating coughs.
18 years and over: one 5ml spoonful repeated after four hours if required. No more than 4 doses in any 24 hours. Under 18 years: not to be used.
